WHOLESALE HOLIDAY RETURNS 2011

Sachets must be returned in the month of January in order to receive credit. We will not accept sachet returns after February 15, 2012.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo once we receive the returned product. Returns will be processed once every week.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the credit.

To receive credit, please do the following:

1) click here, print out the form and fill it out completely.

2) Pack returned items securely; just as they were received.

3) Include a copy of the completed form in the box.

4) Return items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

number is not provided. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

5) Once the return has been processed, the credit memo will be emailed to

the email address provided on the form.
