Shipping Information

Your order will ship within 2 business days after you place it either online or with us over the phone. Juniper Ridge is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time.

UPS shipping is only available for domestic orders. International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via the US Postal Service. Unfortunately at this time if you place an order to ship outside the US you will not be able to receive a shipping cost from our website. We will email you with this information before we process your order. Click here to see the UPS map guide to transit time for all US locations (enter zip code 94501).

Flat rate shipping costs for UPS Ground service are as follows:

$0-$25 = $7.95
$25-$50 = $8.95
$50-$75 = $9.95
$75-$100 = $10.95
$100+ = free shipping

If you order a catalog online, it will mail with our next scheduled bulk mailing, which may take a month or two. Please note that any time you place an order with us we include a catalog in the shipment, so you do not need to place a separate order for a free catalog.

Mail-in orders

Mail-in orders are processed as soon as they are received. They usually take about 2-3 weeks from the time you mail it to the time you receive it. If you have a question about your mail-in order, please call us on the 1-800 number. Please remember to include a phone number or email address so we can contact you if we have any problems with or questions about your order.

Returns

If you are at all unsatisfied with your Juniper Ridge product and you purchased it directly from Juniper Ridge, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please mail it back to us via the US Postal Service at the following address:

Gift Certificates

At this time, gift certificates must be redeemed over the phone or through the mail. Our website is not set up to receive gift certificates just yet.
